Zelle Instructions

MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE THE ABSOLUTE 100% CORRECT INFORMATION AFTER YOU'VE PAID TO PREVENT ISSUES.
NEVER CONTACT OR SEND ANY ORDER RELATED INFO TO OUR PAYMENT PARTNERS. THEY SIMPLY COLLECT THE MONEY. CONTACT ONLY US DIRECTLY FOR ANY QUESTIONS!
Our payment partners are VERY STRICT because ZELLE is very strict. It's not enough to transfer the money and tell us you have paid. It is MANDATORY for you to enter the correct information in the payment field! Only then our payment partners can identify your payment. Unfortunately we have had very few rare cases, where customers didn't provide any details and expect us to confirm the payment somehow. Then instead of providing the requested information, they reported us to their banks and had our accounts shut. Zelle payment option is difficult and expensive to open and in most cases is accompanied with freezing bank account assets after its blocking by the bank.
Make sure you double check that the email info you share with us, is in fact the email address you've enrolled with your Zelle account. This is often the error by customers. Make sure you share the right name on the ZELLE info too. Also make sure you send us the PAYMENT ID and NOT the confirmation ID!
There are 2 main reasons why some transactions are not identified correctly and in time:
1) Customers point out incorrect Zelle Account Name/Email (ex. order was made by John Walsh, but was paid by somebody else on his behalf - by friend, wife or brother etc)
2) Customers point out incorrect Zelle Account Name/Email (ex. order was made by John Walsh, but was paid from his Corporate Zelle account which is different from the name/email the order was place with)
These cases don't let us identify Zelle transactions correctly!
In 30% of incoming Zelle transactions Transactions Id are different on our side. Due to different Zelle set ups in different banks - we can't identify zelle only by Transaction ID - we have to collect all other EXACT info we request to find the transaction and process it in time.
1) CUSTOMERS SHOULD PROVIDE EXACT FULL NAME OF THE ZELLE ACCOUNT THEY SENT TRANSACTION FROM OR TRANSACTION WAS SENT FROM ON THEIR BEHALF (EX. CUSTOMER NAME - IS PETER WOODS, BUT HE USED ZELLE CORPORATE ACCOUNT - PDS WOODS INC ) SO, CUSTOMER SHOULD POINT OUT PDS WOODS INC - AS FULL SENDER NAME
2) CUSTOMER SHOULD PROVIDE EXACT AMOUNT OF TRANSACTION ( THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT )
3) CUSTOMER SHOULD PROVIDE EXACT ZELLE EMAIL ENROLEED WITH ZELLE ACCOUNT, THAT THE TRANSACTION WAS SENT FROM
4) CUSTOMER SHOULD SUPPLY US WITH FULL AND CORRECT ZELLE DETAILS WITHIN 3 HOURS AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS SENT
5) IF WE RECEIVED TRANSACTION WHICH WAS NOT REPORTED PROPERLY AND IDENTIFIED DURING 10 DAYS FROM THE RECEIVE DATE, THIS TRANSACTION WILL BE LOST WITHOUT THE OPPORTUNITY OF REFUND AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
6) MAKE SURE YOU POINT US THE CORRECT PAYMENT PURPOSE WHEN SENDING MONEY. YOU RECEIVE THAT INFORMAITON ON MAIL. DO NOT TYPE ANY OTHER PURPOSE OR THERE WILL BE PROBLEMS WITH ZELLE.

HERE IS HOW TO SEND US THE INFO ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE:
To add your payment information, please follow 5 simple steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Choose "order history" on the top, between "account" and "help"
3. Choose "payment confirmation"
4. ADD YOUR ZELLE PAYMENT ID and NOT Zelle confirmation ID!

Our Zelle accounts are commercial and they can receive transactions only from Zelle accounts enrolled with credit cards. If you're connected with your debit card, you'll be unable to pay. Please connect your credit card to your Zelle app or account, in order to make Zelle work with us. If you can't enroll credit card, then please try to enroll with your bank account. You can also ask your bank how you can make a payment to a commercial Zelle account.
1. ACCESS ZELLE® Get started by enrolling your email or U.S. mobile number through your mobile banking app or with the Zelle app.
2. Pick a person to pay. Enter the email address of the the recipient.
3. Choose the amount. Enter the amount to send.
Zelle is a fast and safe way to send money through your trusted banking app, or the Zelle app if your bank doesn’t currently offer Zelle. Minimum $50 per transaction. To pay for your order simply send payment to our payment processor email address which will be supplied on the order detail page when you complete your order.
You will then need to supply us your ZELLE ACCOUNT info. First Name, Last Name and Payment ID/Transaction ID and the EXACT amount sent on the payment confirmation form. Once you have done so we will then verify your payment.
WHEN WILL WE CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT?
Zelle transactions are processed during 24-48 hours after we've forwarded them to our associates.
Saturday-Sunday-Monday transactions are processed on Tuesday. It is bank regulations, not ours. So we can't just speed up it unfortunately. The bank gives the report only during Tuesday morning for those 3 previous days.
Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday transactions are processed the next business day!
USA Holidays means the payment will be picked the next business day after holiday.
